Recently I read - somewhere , that it’s important to know that an explanation does not = understanding.
This is way way over my pay grade. ( long story ) but - I’m intelligent in a different kinda way.
For me academic language blocks comprehension.
My experience is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and yes indeed the jargon is there.
