Clare Sullivan
No, this is not a repeat from 2006, when she with Tony Blair’s full cooperation attempted to push through National IDs.
Since that ill-fated attempt, Clare has been busy. But this time, covertly so. Because when you want to get things done, better not involve democratic principles.
Following the unacceptable rejection of 2006, she went to work on a book, declaring her mission goal. The book, which was was released in 2011, is explicit as can be. It’s about Digital Identity, let there be no doubt.
Her LinkedIn profile is somewhat selective. Because her experience is basically blank prior to 2012, which is when her book was released, and also includes her time on the UK National Identity scheme.
Neither are listed.
However, what is of interest, are the many references to digital identity. And her link to the World Bank. It’s briefly mentioned, but it’s there - and this is important. In fact, it’s very important in this regard.
And the reason is this. In 2015, Mariana Dahan and Alan Gelb co-authored this whitepaper, ‘The Role of Identification in the Post-2015 Development Agenda’. Make no mistake, it is about digital IDs just as well.
It mentions the SDGs by name, but thr Agenda 2030 itself hadn’t yet been given a name.
But this wasn’t the first such paper by Alan Gelb. In 2014, he co-authored this paper for the Center for Global Development - again, referencing the as yet unnamed Agenda 2030.
But ‘legal identity’ - ie SDG 16.9 - had already been discussed.
The document discusses ‘identity’ to a great length. It’s considered of ‘critical’ importance in the context of a number of SDG objectives.
And if you ever wanted to know why we voted to leave, this, right here, is why.
The European Union considered it a prerequisite to access health and education services. This would imply a legal mandate.
I don’t recall any pro-EU politician ever telling me about this, ever.
And let’s just hammer home that this really was in the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Item 16.9; ‘provide level identity for all, including birth registration’.
They are usually very careful in their wording, so that they can always reverse should it be required later on. Sure, ‘digital’ is not explicit in this context, but when you read all the other documents in this regard, it’s obvious.
In the context of foreign aid, it’s repeatedly touted, for instance.
Well, back to the World Bank. They produced this document in 2021, which is clearly aimed at the mass market, and chock full of really, really happy people. Happy that they now have an associated tag, which follows them for life, and of which they’ll never get rid.
The intent? It’s on the second page of the document. Toward the digital age.
Which organisations were on board you ask?
A lot. Obviously, all the UN Agencies, because of SDG 16.9. We also have the World Bank Group, and the CGD, who outlined the proposals in 2013 and 2014. And - naturally - the Gates Foundation. And finally, the Tony Blaire Institute (who worked with Clare Sullivan), and UK Government, ID4Africa, and the ID2020 Alliance.
There are more, but these are the ones I will address here. The ID2020 Alliance, you say? What’s the role in all of this?
Well, to understand why they’re there, we need to go back to Alan Gelb. In February, 2021, he released this paper, courtesy of the Center for Global Development.
In it, he discusses lessons learned from Digital IDs, and states that a vaccination certificate ‘is a form of functional ID’. Let me rephrase all of that -
The EU vaccination certificate IS Digital ID.
Now, do you see why the WHO recently adopted exact that, the EU covid vaccination certificate system? Because it’s a global digital ID rollout, pretending to be about your health.
Back to the EU, as ID2020 remains unexplained. So Thierry Breton took said Gelb-inspited ‘vaccination certificate’ and pushed it through the EU. And - amazingly - only 3 months later, it had not only passed legislation, but it had also been rolled out. Just consider for a second that this is the EU. They don’t even agree on breakfast in a month. Yet, here they are in 3, with not just proposals having been negotiated and passed the infamously slow EU parliament, but the tech is already out there. This is an absolute impossibility, is what I’m getting at.
Here’s the official release. Agreement reached in two months. Completely absurd.
Practically as soon as it passed, they opened up for the possibility that the digital passport might be used for access to certain things at a domestic level. Goalposts moved in realtime.
But, wait - there’s more. A week after that, Digital IDs and wallets are openly discussed in Europe.
And two weeks later, we were looking at a ‘digital transformation’. As per usual, it’s Thierry Breton on the spot once again.
And two weeks later, everything had to go digital. This is mission creep on the express highway.
Unfortunately, covid came back. So the EU unfortunately considered having to ‘update’ the vaccine passport once again. This appears a bit odd, as the system at this stage was fully running. An update in this regard almost certainly meant ‘store more information’.
It never really was just about an illness.
And eventually, a year later, the ‘conspiracy theory’ turned into reality as CBDCs were openly discussed, This would never have been possible without the Digital ID.
In fact, this was obviously the objective all along.
The CBDCs required the Digital ID.
The Digital ID required the vaccination passports.
The vaccination passports required covid.
But back to the implementation aspect here. Because where did that come from. One day, covid vaccination passports were ‘conspiracy theory’ and just a few months later, they are fully operational - while, legislation was being pursued. I mean, seriously.
The tech existed in advance. And that’s where ID2020 enters the stage.
ID2020 held their inauguration event in May, 2016 — at the United Nations Headquarters.
The ‘consensus’ was that identity is a ‘fundamental human right’. Oh yeah, and a prerequisite for SDG success. And this requires a public-private-partnership to implement.
The list of attendees is here. Well, all the UN organisations are left out, but this is an impressive list of large enterprise businesses. The WEF would later join along with the EU in December 2017, when the UNHCR hosted a common workshop.
But the interesting bit of information here is what was released in October, 2018. Although it appears somewhat amateurish compared to other professionnally produced presentation, this one has a few slides really worth considering.
It’s a UN programme with the expicit aim of implementing Digital IDs with their stakeholder partners. In other words, if you questioned ID2020 during this period, you were likely correct, and those who told you in express terms that you were a ‘conspiracy theorist’ either lies, or were just plain ignorant.
They also reveal that it’s of distributed nature, and that it’s to be used to enable digital services, and that it’s biometric. More on this later. Oh, and utilising blockchain.
And the two following slides are more revealing - in the context of being released in 2018.
The technology will be rolled out after 2020, and by 2030, reach everyone on the planet. Incredible prediction, this alone. Because it was rolled out in 2021 via EU’s ‘vaccination passports’.
And - according to the next slide - it will be used for cross-border travel, and health. Wow, another amazing coincidence. That’s 4 of 4, and all because of covid. How fortunate!
It’s at this stage, you’re just going to have to trust me for the time being. Because I will show the connection in a future post, I guarantee. There is a direct link to this guy, Adam Cooper. I’ll spoil it a little by showing his LI experiences.
Because he served as the chief architect on the ID2020 project. In fact, his track record is almost perfect. Were you ever to want to write a global ID software project, this would be the first man to hire. And he worked for the World Bank. Which is great, considering that was a major hub during early stages Digital ID development.
However, I’ll leave it at that for the time being. Because it’s a fairly major pill to swallow.
When I said that Covid-19 was a scam, I wasn’t joking. It was a complete and utter ruse, with the express objective of rolling out Digital ID, while they spent every minute of every day distracting you with the total non-story that was covid-19.
And which they have now done, given the WHO’s adoption of the EU digital vaccination certificate.
But there’s more to this story. Much, much more. And certainly, far too much to cover in a single substack post.
