I absolutely adore your work. But I have a teeny quibble with your statement that 194 nations signed the Pandemic Treaty, transferring sovereignty to the WHO. They didn't.
A non-vote consensus process was conducted in May 2025 which approved a document that left virtually everything to be decided in future, except for an agreement to approve surveillance and censorship, without any details. A Conference of Parties to be created in future will create the details of the Pandemic Treaty.
The "signing" will occur when nations ratify this document, and only if enough nations ratify it will it come into force for them. They won't be able to leave once they are in for a minimum of 3 years.
We do not know if any have signed (ratified) the treaty yet, but we know the US has announced it will not, and because the Treaty and IHR amendments are intended to usurp certain authorities from nation states, they conflict with many national Constitutions. So we really don't know where these two documents will take us.
Certainly it was the intention of the Treaty and IHR Amendments (in early drafts) to take over global public health whenever the WHO D-G declared an emergency or the potential for one. But they did not arrive at that point.
Meryl, thank you for your tireless fight against the WHO treaty. You exemplify what it has meant to resist this on a physical, non-digital, in-person, human level. I know those all mean the same thing, but it is to emphasise the point. Showing up, in person, to resist, has an enormous impact. Showing your face and putting your job on the line has taken enormous courage. We may rail as much as we want on these platforms (important as it is, to shift the overton window), and sign as many digital petitions as we can - but the ultimate resistance, is human. To resist the technocracy requires physical presence at the end of the day.
For technocracy lurks in the anonymity of the digital. It becomes the indifferent decisions made during Teams meetings. It is ratified by the digital votes cast by our putative "leaders", who don't feel obliged to inform themselves, but simply go along with the other brain-dead and brainwashed "leaders". In fact, it doesn't even require a vote, from what I understand. The absence of the vote implies consent, correct? The ultimate evasion of responsibility and provision of plausible deniability. And their vacant votes are under-propped by the sycophantic ("psycho"phantic, "sicko"phantic) whisperings of pay-to-say, grant-fed and compromised "experts" in our hollowed-out universities and "un"think-tanks, who lost their ethics and genuine curiosity 20 lucrative research grants back. Worst of all, the soulless ones who have made unfathomable fortunes through the provision of this digital dystopia to a willing global populace who have become entrapped by the digital "shiny things" - are all plowing their fortunes back into the very systems that will close that digital noose even tighter. And this, all under the guise of global "philanthropy". The flip side of which is global " control". Make no mistake about it - the Gateses, Bezoses, Zuckerbergs, Thiels, Musks of this world may pretend at being human, but their success has compromised their souls. Or maybe it required a compromised soul to create that success. They are Godless. Manifestations of the very systems they create. The fact that they all appear to have plans to escape the potential fallout and conflagration speaks volumes.

Having said this, and maybe because I'm from South Africa, I still hold out hope that Musk is a wild card. He appears to be on the spectrum, but he has certainly done many things to confound the idea that he could be working against humanity. Whether that's BECAUSE he's on the spectrum, or DESPITE it, I'm not sure. It all depends on how much he is motivated by greed. I believe the others all are. I'm not so sure about him. His clear rejection of the "overpopulation" gambit is a good thing. His stumping for the values of free speech (whether or not this has been achieved via X, who knows). His stated revulsion of child abuse and undertaking to thwart anything online that would encourage or facilitate that (a big plus). His fight against Woke and his very personal stake in that (what has happened to his son). His clear annoyance at bureaucratic and regulatory overkill. All of these things I see as positive, IF they are not secretly self-serving. I simply don't know which side he is really plumping for. The Borg, or us. I am praying it is the latter.

ESC, you are spot on correct in regard to the utterly nefarious role played by the Alice Bailey literature. I studied this literature extensively and meticulously over the course of several decades in my life. Indeed, I was a dedicated follower of the Bailey teachings and a well-known author and lecturer within the worldwide movement of Bailey students. That has all quite dramatically changed, however. In late 2019 and early 2020, as a covid contrarian who never fell for the virus/shots/masking/distancing/lockdown/ narrative, I began to see how the Bailey material had been used to provide an impeccable (although dangerous) justification for rule by a small and exclusive elite group which was to operate through a UN agency and override all national sovereignty. It's all right there in the Bailey books, of which there are 24, the core material that some scholars of religion hold was the mainspring for the New Age Movement. The material is presented in such a way as to appeal to idealistic spiritual seekers. It's all phrased as planetary service - a way to eradicate poverty and establish a just society - but the mechanism is submission to a privileged few at the top of the pyramid. The lead organization promoting the Bailey material is the Lucis Trust of NYC and London. It operates the Arcane School, a correspondence school for those who read the Bailey books and who want to eventually rise to service under the Hierarchy of which you speak. I was in the Arcane School. In the 1990s, Lucis Trust promoted the figure of Canadian oil man Maurice Strong, claiming he was an ideal model of a world citizen. Maurice Strong was also the mentor of Klaus Schwab, founder of the wholly pernicious World Economic Forum with its insane program of surveillance, transhumanism, 15 minute prison cities, insects for food, renting all and owning nothing, and of course, mandated "innoculations." A line can therefore be drawn directly from Bailey to Lucis to Strong to Schwab. There is more. The Fabian Society was the originator of the phrase New World Order, so prevalent in the Bailey material. Alice Bailey became a member of the California branch of the Theosophical Society in the early 1900s when Annie Besant was president of both the TS and the California Fabian Society. It is evident to me that Bailey incorporated the phrase New World Order into her thinking and writing directly from the Fabian Society, which was founded in Manchester, England, Bailey's birthplace and hometown. I'm not sure to which comment you are referring, but I can tell you that the Fabian Society conceptualized England as the ruling power of the world. My sense is that Bailey was programmed as a young person in England by members of the Fabian Society, whom she then portrayed in her autobiography as elevated beings she called the Masters of the Hierarchy. According to Bailey, the good disciple of Hierarchy is to give all to the Plan, ask nothing for the self, and submit to the telepathic thought streams of the "Masters." Hi ESC. Thanks so much for responding - especially at 2 am! I think this is the first time I've ever left a comment to a substack - or any kind of social media. A friend sent me your posting and because I've spent 50 years studying the works of Alice Bailey I felt I had to respond.
First, I agree that just because someone has studied the Ageless Wisdom (the term generally applied to the work of Alice Bailey) doesn't mean they can't misinterpret or misapply what they read. It happens countless times every day in regard to every spiritual or religious teaching. Most often it is unintentional - but on occasion there is ill intent. That doesn't mean that the teachings are the cause of the problems. It's the misinterpretation and misapplication that is at fault, not the teachings.
I am quite confident that the deeper you examine the teachings of Alice Bailey, the more you will understand that you are misrepresenting them. They are not a religion, but a body of teaching about the spiritual life and service to humanity which are offered with no expectation that they will be accepted as dogma of any kind. For example, the Foreword of each book contains this statement:
"If the teaching conveyed calls forth a response from the illumined mind of the worker in the world, and brings a flashing forth of the intuition, then let that teaching be accepted. But not otherwise. If the statements meet with eventual corroboration, or are deemed true under the test of the Law of Correspondences, then that is well and good."
No tricks on my part. Everyone is welcome to come to their own conclusions regarding Alice's work, but I think it is only fair to pass judgement after a fair and honest appraisal.

c. The energy of inspiration which will bring about, through the medium of its sweeping potency, the devitalization or the removal, as by a wind, of the attractive power of maya or substance. This will release untold thousands on to the Path of Probation.
4. Releasing new life into the planet through the medium of every possible agency. The first step towards this release is the proving that the power of materialism is broken by the complete defeat of the Axis powers and, secondly, by the ability of the United Nations to demonstrate (when this has been done) the potency of the spiritual values by their constructive undertakings to restore world order and to lay those foundations which will guarantee a better and more spiritual way of life. These constructive attitudes and undertakings must be assumed individually by every person, and by nations as collective wholes. The first is being undertaken at this time. 5. Bringing home to the nations of the world the truths taught by the Buddha, the Lord of Light, and the Christ, the Lord of Love. In this connection it might be pointed out that basically:
a. The Axis nations need to grasp the teaching of the Buddha as He enunciated it in the Four Noble Truths; they need to realize that the cause of all sorrow and woe is desire - desire for that which is material.
b. The United Nations need to learn to apply the Law of Love as enunciated in the life of Christ and to express the truth that "no man liveth unto himself" and no [359] nation either, and that the goal of all human effort is loving understanding, prompted by a program of love for the whole.
Military victory = conditions for global governance.
Education = propaganda equating planning with freedom.
Three energies = expert foresight, information control, mass mobilisation.
UN as proof = supranational planning sacralised as ‘spiritual values’.
Buddha + Christ = renounce sovereignty and private interest, embrace global coordination.
The ‘proof’ that materialism is defeated is not a personal or cultural transformation but military victory of the Allies and the construction of supranational governance.

I absolutely adore your work. But I have a teeny quibble with your statement that 194 nations signed the Pandemic Treaty, transferring sovereignty to the WHO. They didn't.
A non-vote consensus process was conducted in May 2025 which approved a document that left virtually everything to be decided in future, except for an agreement to approve surveillance and censorship, without any details. A Conference of Parties to be created in future will create the details of the Pandemic Treaty.
The "signing" will occur when nations ratify this document, and only if enough nations ratify it will it come into force for them. They won't be able to leave once they are in for a minimum of 3 years.
We do not know if any have signed (ratified) the treaty yet, but we know the US has announced it will not, and because the Treaty and IHR amendments are intended to usurp certain authorities from nation states, they conflict with many national Constitutions. So we really don't know where these two documents will take us.
Certainly it was the intention of the Treaty and IHR Amendments (in early drafts) to take over global public health whenever the WHO D-G declared an emergency or the potential for one. But they did not arrive at that point.

Meryl, thank you for your tireless fight against the WHO treaty. You exemplify what it has meant to resist this on a physical, non-digital, in-person, human level. I know those all mean the same thing, but it is to emphasise the point. Showing up, in person, to resist, has an enormous impact. Showing your face and putting your job on the line has taken enormous courage. We may rail as much as we want on these platforms (important as it is, to shift the overton window), and sign as many digital petitions as we can - but the ultimate resistance, is human. To resist the technocracy requires physical presence at the end of the day.
For technocracy lurks in the anonymity of the digital. It becomes the indifferent decisions made during Teams meetings. It is ratified by the digital votes cast by our putative "leaders", who don't feel obliged to inform themselves, but simply go along with the other brain-dead and brainwashed "leaders". In fact, it doesn't even require a vote, from what I understand. The absence of the vote implies consent, correct? The ultimate evasion of responsibility and provision of plausible deniability. Having said this, and maybe because I'm from South Africa, I still hold out hope that Musk is a wild card. He appears to be on the spectrum, but he has certainly done many things to confound the idea that he could be working against humanity. Whether that's BECAUSE he's on the spectrum, or DESPITE it, I'm not sure. It all depends on how much he is motivated by greed. I believe the others all are. I'm not so sure about him. His clear rejection of the "overpopulation" gambit is a good thing. All of these things I see as positive, IF they are not secretly self-serving. I simply don't know which side he is really plumping for. The Borg, or us. I am praying it is the latter.

ESC, you are spot on correct in regard to the utterly nefarious role played by the Alice Bailey literature. I studied this literature extensively and meticulously over the course of several decades in my life. Indeed, I was a dedicated follower of the Bailey teachings and a well-known author and lecturer within the worldwide movement of Bailey students. That has all quite dramatically changed, however. In late 2019 and early 2020, as a covid contrarian who never fell for the virus/shots/masking/distancing/lockdown/ narrative, I began to see how the Bailey material had been used to provide an impeccable (although dangerous) justification for rule by a small and exclusive elite group which was to operate through a UN agency and override all national sovereignty. It's all right there in the Bailey books, of which there are 24, the core material that some scholars of religion hold was the mainspring for the New Age Movement. The material is presented in such a way as to appeal to idealistic spiritual seekers. It's all phrased as planetary service - a way to eradicate poverty and establish a just society - but the mechanism is submission to a privileged few at the top of the pyramid. The lead organization promoting the Bailey material is the Lucis Trust of NYC and London. It operates the Arcane School, a correspondence school for those who read the Bailey books and who want to eventually rise to service under the Hierarchy of which you speak. I was in the Arcane School. In the 1990s, Lucis Trust promoted the figure of Canadian oil man Maurice Strong, claiming he was an ideal model of a world citizen. Maurice Strong was also the mentor of Klaus Schwab, founder of the wholly pernicious World Economic Forum with its insane program of surveillance, transhumanism, 15 minute prison cities, insects for food, renting all and owning nothing, and of course, mandated "innoculations." A line can therefore be drawn directly from Bailey to Lucis to Strong to Schwab. There is more. The Fabian Society was the originator of the phrase New World Order, so prevalent in the Bailey material. Alice Bailey became a member of the California branch of the Theosophical Society in the early 1900s when Annie Besant was president of both the TS and the California Fabian Society. It is evident to me that Bailey incorporated the phrase New World Order into her thinking and writing directly from the Fabian Society, which was founded in Manchester, England, Bailey's birthplace and hometown. The agenda you see now foisted by the UN agency WHO is a direct descendant of the hegemony of the aristocracy planned by the Fabian Society.

The thing you will see with the Bailey material is that it is written in such a way as to make all these essentially very authoritarian concepts look entirely benign. However, I can't fully answer your question because I don't know anything about Zimmern. I would certainly be willing to chat with you to see if there is an overlap between Z and B.

I'm not sure to which comment you are referring, but I can tell you that the Fabian Society conceptualized England as the ruling power of the world. Of course, the Bank of England would be the financial institution through which this might have been accomplished. The key to me here is not whether it is the BOE or the Roths, but that the Fabian Society had a concept which later showed up plainly in Bailey, not even faintly camouflaged.

My sense is that Bailey was programmed as a young person in England by members of the Fabian Society, whom she then portrayed in her autobiography as elevated beings she called the Masters of the Hierarchy. According to Bailey, the good disciple of Hierarchy is to give all to the Plan, ask nothing for the self, and submit to the telepathic thought streams of the "Masters." Personal will is treated as if it were the mark of Cain. I no longer believe any of this. I think we each need a good strong sense of self and a powerful personal will to survive. National culture deserves not to be eradicated, but to be celebrated and respected, but the "DK" voice in the Bailey books portrays love of country and culture (and even family bonds) as the very root of poverty, war, and injustice. This to me is the old Fabian Society talking, for it aimed to erase national culture and replace it with the New World Order with British aristocrats at the helm. In Bailey this concept becomes the valorization of the UN and the demand for total submission to its dictates with nothing like national sovereignty in the mix. After the covid fiasco, we know what this entails. It means the WHO intends to dictate to the world and over-ride all national government, forcing injections on the population and denying people all civil liberties. Hi ESC. Thanks so much for responding - especially at 2 am! I think this is the first time I've ever left a comment to a substack - or any kind of social media. A friend sent me your posting and because I've spent 50 years studying the works of Alice Bailey I felt I had to respond.
First, I agree that just because someone has studied the Ageless Wisdom (the term generally applied to the work of Alice Bailey) doesn't mean they can't misinterpret or misapply what they read. It happens countless times every day in regard to every spiritual or religious teaching. Most often it is unintentional - but on occasion there is ill intent. That doesn't mean that the teachings are the cause of the problems. It's the misinterpretation and misapplication that is at fault, not the teachings.
I am quite confident that the deeper you examine the teachings of Alice Bailey, the more you will understand that you are misrepresenting them. They are not a religion, but a body of teaching about the spiritual life and service to humanity which are offered with no expectation that they will be accepted as dogma of any kind. For example, the Foreword of each book contains this statement:
"If the teaching conveyed calls forth a response from the illumined mind of the worker in the world, and brings a flashing forth of the intuition, then let that teaching be accepted. But not otherwise. If the statements meet with eventual corroboration, or are deemed true under the test of the Law of Correspondences, then that is well and good."
No tricks on my part. Everyone is welcome to come to their own conclusions regarding Alice's work, but I think it is only fair to pass judgement after a fair and honest appraisal.
In regard to the "bloodlust" thing - that was not a good choice of words (it's late and I'm tired). I rely heavily on the works of Alice Bailey to help understand the workings of the "forces of darkness" in the world today. She wrote extensively about conflict between the forces of darkness and the forces of light with insight far beyond most students of the subject. If you had looked more carefully and thoughtfully at the teachings of Alice Bailey, you would see that the head of the Hierarchy she describes is the Christ, and that the single most important principle at play in the teachings of the Hierarchy is the Principle of Freedom - individually, mentally, economically, socially and spiritually.
