It's pretty clear that the war against Iran is part of the process of imposing another fiat currency on the rest of us for the benefit of the usual few, though I would reconsider putting a date on it.
The technique was described in a crystal clear manner in Judge Dean's "Crimes of the Civil War and the curse of the funding system," (published 1868). Among the reasons for the so called "Civil" war was exactly that, i.e., making the current money worthless thus bankrupting most of us, then imposing a new form of fiat currency which effectively favors those in power.
Similar thing happened with the Continental currency, Lincoln's Greenbacks, and now the Fed Reserve notes.
Whoever has the wit to insert themselves into the process and owns the financial backing required to play- Which looks a whole lot like the existing clans and cliques which endowed foundations/schools/scholarships to select and train brains to be hired by influential NGOs. Which are the same clans found behind the largest financial players in the modern world, same as it ever was.
Graduated to a new tool from the old paradigm of controlling their world by controlling the abilities of king or emperor to secure loans to finance the wars, they have.

So... What happens when a standard that has been defined is simply wrong? What if it's drastically or catastrophically wrong - I can think of a few. Whan happens when a standard is ok, but could benefit from some changes? What happens when a standard becomes obsolete and a newer standard needs to replace it?
Do such mechanisms exist?
We have, for example, "Standards of Care" for specific diseases or diagnoses. But we have no Standards of Cure. In addition, in our current medical paradigm, it is simply not possible to create effective standards of cure. Cure is not even medically defined for most diseases, from the common cold to COVID, Zto cancers , heart disease, and many more.

This structure evolved but the foundation is over 100 years old. How much was planned from the start? Was what we have now the intention or sis opportunity present itself. But most importantly, how can we slay this beast?
Assuming this indigestible mountain of information & analysis is true (which I can't assume without spending at least 1,000 hours digesting it), the first question it raises is: If this "understructure" of un-democratic control has been in place for many decades, why has there been a markedly dynamic deterioration on all civilizational fronts throughout the West especially in the past 3 decades -- financial, governmental, social, cultural (rampant inflation, increased authoritarianism as seen with the Covid Scamdemic (and much more), the LGBTQ/Trans issue, sexuality in general, mass immigration, anti-white racism)? Does your analysis account for this dynamic deterioration? Does your analysis reasonably speculate that such dynamic deterioration is purposeful, and thus we reasonably assume it's penultimate goal is subversion, destabilization, deconstruction and -- effectively -- destruction of the West? If yes to these questions, does your analysis then reasonably assume the ultimate goal was not systemic corruption & control of the West per se, but a *replacement* of the West with a new world order? If we're still at "yes" to all these questions, then it's reasonable to assume this understructure though it has had inordinate influence & control over the entire West, does not have omnipotence, and has had to contend with limitations to its power and its goals -- since if it has had sufficient power, it wouldn't have found it necessary to go through decades of laborious complex subversion to get what it wants.
