The first part reminds me of a quote from Rand's "'Extremism,' or The Art of Smearing":

In the case you describe, voters never agree to the original commitment. In the case Rand describes, totalitarianism of two kinds of flavor try to destroy capitalism and its representative form of government.
And regarding that "trisectoral network governance" jargon, a quote from Peikoff's "The Ominous Parallels" is noteworthy:

In the case you describe, three sectors are commandeered in order to gain control of an entire populace. In the case Peikoff describes, that is exactly how Nazis got control over all of Germany. The more you look at the cases you describe, the more it is clear that those behind it are attempting to continue the endeavor of the Nazis (though under a different banner).

The moral level is sustained by lying. It IS moral to care for one's environment but it is obvious that strip-mining rainforests for rare earths is not environmental care, there is simply no set of international standards that can show this to be moral. It requires the complicit agreement of the populace to be achieved. I believe that wherever possible we must see these moral frameworks as what they are - simply the projection of power through asymmetric info and pure lying.
A note about the Global Compact: the Global Compact was originally hailed as a Global Covenant. Early articles hailing its initiation were soon edited to call it a compact. So I asked myself: why?
Answer: a covenant (involving an oath of allegiance, a line of authority, a specific area of jurisdiction or domain, various symbols and blood) can only exist between humans (with blood) or between humans and a deity. A covenant binds humans into a blood relationship with each other and with their deity. It's an ancient system that can be used for good or for bad. Just like there are good marriages and bad marriages.
A compact is a covenant for bloodless entities like corporations.
Both covenants and compacts need to be entered into voluntarily with an affirmation like 'I do". Like a wedding. And signed and sealed. Like they did at the Vatican in December 2016. I wonder by what kind of ceremony which was carried out behind closed doors. A blood ceremony?? Just asking.
Vaccinations into the blood are an important aspect of this, as is the voluntary aspect. There was much social and financial pressure for the Covid vaccinations but no military going from house to house for forced vaccinations apart from a few incidents to provide visuals for more pressure. The inherent self assembly of the structures designed for self similarity and coherence at the metascale run counter to the evolved reflexes of humans at the individual level. This might appear to some to be a paradox and seems to be a core basis of discontent of this blog.
In physical sciences there are things we can see have scaling relationships that inherently cause dominant behaviors to manifest at different sizes. We can show how equations that model the physical behaviors rise and fall in importance as a result of the exponent on size associated with the terms of these equations.
This article implies that the first attempt at meta-control by humans has been based on linear models that are intended to scale directly at all sizes. Attempting to create order and structure for the entire system seems to suppress freedom at the individual scale because there has been no fuzzy logic, variability or flexibility at the individual level. This could be an important need for innovation in these organizational theories, elst they rupture as a result of extrapolation of the standards designed for large sample sizes, down to the N=1 level.
