The Global Listening Project
Two of the key players at work, Peter Piot and Heidi Larson, we’ve heard preciously little about so far. Let’s change that.
Because although Heidi Larson usually can be found just about anywhere and everywhere when you look carefully, they are in fact far more central to the scamdemic than most people realise.
She’s also got interesting ties to a global foundation founded by a notorious billionaire - no, not Gates for a change - who seeks ‘change’. Incidentally, her husband is also part of this foundation. I know, right - what are the odds?
Let’s kick off with her latest venture, the Global Listening Project. It’s about ‘rebuilding social trust’. This natually applies in one direction only, and isn’t about the myriad of outright lies Larson and her ilk have repeatedly told over the past 3 years. Ironically, her prior project was named the ‘Vaccine Confidence Project’. Perhaps she caused the damage?
The two primary founders are mentioned - Heidi Larson, and Pierre van Damme. Those are the public figures, there are a few more, when we look behind the curtain.

The website was registered in July, 2022.
The next port of call is companies house, but no can do. It’s not registered, which I suppose make sense, as Piot and Larson moved to Brussels around this time. Instead, we find this on Companyweb. It’s a Belgian company. In fact, an associated document specifically refers to the ‘T.H.E. Index’, which later changed to the ‘Societal Preparedness Index‘. You’ll find the evidence thereof in the above archived version of the website. It’s legit, and it’s definitely the one relevant here.
The other company director of GLP is this fella - Pierre van Damme. An MD with WHO connections. And - naturally - an avid fan of vaccinations. I’m not going to dive into his associations here, take my word for it. He loves a good vaccine.
In this capacity, he previously worked with……. the Gates Foundation. And he spearheads the 'Centre for Evaluation of Vaccination' - first copy on wayback machine? April 4, 2020.
Oh, and they cooperate with the ‘Vaccine Confidence Project’. Which was founded, and is still run by……. you’ll never guess. Heidi Larson. Yes, really. It often all comes back to her.
Back to this company filing.
Four nominations - Heidi Larson, Pierre Van Damme, Nancy Lee, and through Compass SC (limited company owned by himself), we find Luc Debryune. We know Larson, and van Damme we just took an early look at, so next up are Nancy Lee and Luc Debruyne.
Nancy Lee first. Well, here’s a paper she co-authored with… yeah… Heidi Larson. I mean, she is busy.
Building Confidence to CONVINCE. Unsure who Vince is.
Wilton Park? Never heard of them. Well, here they are. They’re part of a government department - the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. That got heavy fast!
And again, back to the paper. The United Nations became involved in May, 2020 - long before vaccines even existed, hence, the authors couldn’t possibly know whether said were safe. Very strange. Either way, I’m sure this chart will come in handy, because there are rather a few partners, which don’t really appear particularly relevant in this regard.
It continues, presenting the various divisions of CONvince. ‘Business Partners’ require their own division, it appears. Public-Private-Partnerships.
The three final co-authors are Kenneth Rabin, Lauren Rauh, and Scott Ratzan. The former and latter recently voiced their opposition to RFK. I mean, what are the odds here, them being opposed to a candidate calling out vaccines? Ratzan furthermore is the lead in the ‘Business Partners’ division.
As for Lauren, only back in May she co-authored this paper - with Ratzan. And, her most recent work? Yes, and yes. Pro vaccine propaganda, co-authored with Ratzan.
If there is a vaccine skeptic around here, then he’s hiding well.
Not wishing to leave Rabin out. Here’s a paper of his from November, 2022. In short - they are all vaccine ‘enthusiasts’ aka propagandists. Every single one. No wonder they're no fans of RFK.
So with Nancy Lee now sourced, let’s have a look at Luc Debryune, the final person mentioned on the company sheet.
Here’s a press release. November, 2018. He was GlaxoSmithKline’s head of vaccines. Ah nice, he's creating jobs. More recently he joined Bavarian Nordic, it would appear…
… wait, why does that name appear familiar? That’s right. They were the company producing the Monkeypox vaccine, everyone was shilling in 2022. In fact, BN’s focus lies squarely with vaccines.

So, to re-cap, the four central figures listed in the company sheets in relation to ‘Global Listening Project’ were:
Heidi Larson - who’s an ardent fan of vaccines
Pierre van Damme - who’s an ardent fan of vaccines
Nancy Lee - who’s an ardent fan of vaccines
Luc DeBruyne - who’s an ardent fan of vaccines
I’m sorry to say, but I doubt they’ll do much listening. In fact, I’m pretty sure the only reason they will pretend, is to understand your concerns so that they can produce a strategy manipulating you around these. It’s a company doing focus groups for the sake of manipulation.
In fact, let’s have another look at the contributors to the GVP - let’s start with those explicitly working at big pharma:

Novartis: Ann Aerts
Moderna: Andrew Rosen, Mariana Servin

That’s an awful lot of representatives from big pharma indeed. Who is financially supporting this, anyway? Oh wait, there’s the reason GSK has a ridiculous 5 people on board.
And let me just show you exactly who some of these people are. Because it’s not enough that the four primary people involved are all pro-vax, let’s have a look a few more.
Is there any lingering doubt that the ‘Global Listening Project’ has absolutely nothing to do with its stated purpose? This is a marketing focus group, and absolutely nothing else. They will listen to you, but only in order to exploit you.

And finally, let’s just hammer home exactly the scale of a-hole we are dealing with here. Here’s a paper he co-authored earlier in the year (2023), and released in the Lancet.
But let’s move on. I very much doubt we’ll find a single skeptic in this rabbit hole. It’s time to wrap this up.
Debruyne penned this paper in December, 2022, in the ‘IA2030 core principle of partnership’ is mentioned.
And that will indeed be the next topic.
But for now - Heidi Larson’s ‘Global Listening Project’ is stuffed chock full of pro-vaccination fanatics, and sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline. There doesn’t appear to be a single skeptic among them, and the reason is simple - because it’s a marketing focus group, and little else.
