One Health: The Workforce of tomorrow

Who’s heard of the OHCEA? Here’s a version of their website via Wayback - it’s from November 24, 2019.

And why do I use Wayback to show you this, you might wonder. Well, it’s simple really.

Because the site no longer exists. It now redirects to… this site. Afrohun. In fact, a quick whois reveals that the site only was registered in early December, 2019, meaning the cached version above is the final revision of the old site.

The site offers ‘Health Modules’, which is where I imagine the site name change comes into play. Because ‘OH’ is a direct reference to One Health. OHCEA = One Health Central Eastern Africa.

Regardless, let’s have a look at those modules. Here’s one. ‘Behaviour Change’. No points for seeing where this is going.

‘Community-based social marketing’. It’s a powerpoint presentation, with narrative left in below the slides. Yeah, it’s about manipulation. The formula is even stated -

1. Determine objective

2. Evaluate (objective should be non-divisible)

3. Locate barriers & engineer around them

4. Create pilot

5. Test

It even suggests a website you can use to find manipulative reasoning should you be stuck on maneuvering around the barriers. Finally, create pilot, and test.

This program is actually very interesting, because it latches onto something else we’ve seen repeatedly throughout the scamdemic, the concept of ‘non-divisible’. Like when Peter Piot declared on the 30th of January, that an all-or-nothing approach to pandemics was no longer appropriate.

Another example would be Susan Ness considering ‘modularity for international internet governance’ - in short, break an issue up into smaller components, and then overturn them individually until all components are overturned.

It’s subversive as all hell, and it’s what they have done repeatedly (it’s just two weeks, it’s just night clubs, it’s just restaurants, it’s just a vaccine, it’s just…), and here’s the course they use to indoctrinate the next generation of subversive liars.

In ‘Yes, Prime Minister’, this method was labelled ‘Salami Tactics’, incidentally.

But perhaps this is the exception? Let’s find another course - here’s one. ‘Attribution Theory’. In short create lie, repeat often on MSM, and eventually… you realise you’re at the receiving end of a big lie. (golly, where did we hear that one before?)

The alternative is to appeal to some alleged wealth benefit - incidentally, that’s the trick they used repeatedly to eventually steer Europeans into the Union. Here’s an example from 1962 -

And the manipulative argument website really does exist. It’s called the ‘Community-Based Social Marketing: Fostering sustainable, healthy & safe behaviours’ site, and it’s by McKenzie-Mohr & Associates.

Yes, sustainable manipulation.

McKenzie-Mohr & Associates is specifically by Doug McKenzie-Mohr, who specialises in sustainable-based manipulation. People really do need to wake up to this rat, and his subversive tactics before it’s too late.

On the website itself, there’s a link to ‘OHW Academies’. It takes you here. the ‘AFROHUN One Health Workforce Academy‘.

You probably noticed that was the African version - this is the root site. The ‘About’ page is about One Health. Of course.

The site furthermore is currently looking for student enrollment wrt their courses. Let’s quickly run through what these are about.

I hope you didn’t expect ‘Covid-19’ to be over, because they are still training students in One Health best practices when dealing with it specifically, and ‘outbreak investigation’ in general.

And this is where the importance of a centralised response including workforce comes in - because if you get to indoctrinate the students, you can make them believe -

1. That an illness with a low IFR will cause the end of the world.

2. That a flawed test is anywhere near accurate.

3. People who test positive should be sent to the hospital for no reason whatsoever.

4. Once in hospital, use any excuse to put them on mechanical ventilation.

5. Report their eventual demise as ‘Covid deaths’ regardless, and

6. Report to the WHO that you have a pandemic on your hands, and

7. The WHO - using the powers granted to them by the Pandemic Treaty - will lock down every person on the planet, enabling

8. More vaccinations, more vaccination passports, more discrimination, more control.

But silly me, they’d never do that, right?

What else is on their website? Well, there’s this - ‘On December 1, 2021, United Nation’s agencies’ One Health High-Level Expert Panel (OHHLEP), released a formal definition of One Health.’

More on that later.

Partners include EcoHealth Alliance and USAID. Both are all over Covid-19 for various reasons covered already.

In blue, we see a range of universities - no doubt, the ones already brainwashing students on American soil with these absurd, pseudoscientific programs.

And finally, we have a link - to the ‘One Health Competence Framework’.

Clicking on this takes you to this PDF. I can only assume this is what they teach their students. One Health, pandemic outbreaks, and surveillance. It also points to a ‘resource library’…

… which looks like this. Yes, really. I’m not spending much time here, because what this is should be really obvious to anyone paying attention.

However, I will click on a few links. ‘Communication for change’ (linking with original course), ‘Building a framework’, ‘Outbreak preparedness and response’. Notice the final was created in March, 2018 - and last edited in 2023. This is still being edited, it’s still in use.

There are a range of documents from SEAOHUN (‘Southeast Asia One Health University’) as well, whose website you can find here. Let’s first have a quick look at their networked partners.

Yes, really. They already have specialised versions in practically every major nation in South East Asia - to protect us.

Let’s have a look at what they provide; their ‘Health Modules’ -

Completely unsurprising, because we’ve seen these twice now. Let’s have a quick look at the ‘behaviour change’ module, just to make sure -

This is - without the shadow of a doubt - SAGE style surversive methods, the likes of which were branded 'totalitarian’.

In the UK, Susan Mitchie is a familiar name. She was one of the most ardent, Zero-Covid pushing manipulative liars during covid-19. She’s also a member of the Communist party, and has recently been catapulted to the top of the WHO. What will she do there? Behavioural insights. Yes, really. She’s now taking her subversive manipulation and spreading that particular gift to the rest of the world.

But none of this is surprising in the least, because it’s what the first documents told us.

Zipping back to the airtable documents, there’s a Thai document as well - it’s the same thing, ‘… detection, prevention, surveillance… infectious threats for OH implementation for National Health Security’ - yikes.

The document refers to this WHO document, also now removed from the web. It was penned in the year 2000 (!) Obviously, global surveillance relies on alerts, but those are not well defined here.

But EWARS is. Here’s the WHO’s page on the matter.

It’s more detailed in terms of surveillance, but like most of these documents, they’re living documents, with legislation replacing prior repeatedly. It refers in turn to a few companies with contact tracing applications. I would source what information the EU allows, but it hardly matters - because the dataset has already been expanded several times, without you being consulted on the matter.

I would go into detail here, but is there a point? It’s surveillance, it’s tracking, it’s a big, giant, global database which they will use to store absolutely anything about you, including those falling under the ‘social determinants of health’ which is to say anything and everything.

Alternatively, should that database not suffice, you can go with the WHO’s own solution; ‘go-data’.

The infrastructure is already there.

In fact, it’s been underway since 1999, when the first legislation was approved on the matter. One Health has been in the works for a long time. A very long time.

All they need to do is train the workforce to use it - which is clearly happening at this very minute.

The companies responsible for recruitment and dispatch of One Health workers are even on the move. John Kerry’s daughter, for instance, is highly relevant to this conversation.

This is outlined in the Pandemic Treaty, currently negotiated. Article 12, specifically. I covered that along with the rest of the treaty on Twitter already.

So now that the workforce is being educated, hired, and dispatched across the world, we’re really just a pandemic away from all of this coming into force. Of course, there’s still pesky local legislation to deal with…

… which is what the pandemic treaty will aim to replace.
