The Template: Climade and the 3-D Commission.
In the previous article on the Georgetown whitepaper, we saw how the surveillance society was proposed, built on technology meant to serve HIV, with the data sent to a private company by the name Fraym.com. If you haven’t yet read this, I would suggest you do, as this will build upon the framework outlined.

On the 23rd of April, 2023, Climade was launched. I could start by laying the ground work, but let’s get on with the show - it’s about surveillance. Surveillance, which the article linked above was meant to facilitate - in fact, that plan almost certainly is to still follow through, but by now probably via coercive (and subversive) means.
Climade wasn’t even concocted long in advance - the site was registered in September, 2022.
So far, the Rockefeller Foundation has been fairly quiet. Peter Piot and Heidi Larson being exceptions, but we’ll get to that later. Climade’s website is here.
As said, it’s about surveillance - to protect you from ‘climate amplified diseases’. Smooth! The talk centered around moving the narrative across from health to climate, and this one does so by conflating the two.
The Rockefeller Foundation can be found in the partners section. Rockefeller have been busy for decades elsewhere - notably with the United Nations - but were very quiet during covid-19.
It’s headed by top men. Top men. Edward C Holmes being one. Yeah, one of the ‘The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2‘ guys.
It’s a fairly new organisation, so not yet many press releases - but this is one. They partnered up with Abbott partners to address, yeah, the spurious climate change/health link. To protect us, you see.
Abbott Partners is part of Abbott Labs. Their CEO? That would be Robert B Ford. Who - golly! - was in charge of their covid-19 strategy. Sense it yet, the angle to monetise?
The wikipedia article goes on - they sell testing and other equipment related to Covid-19. But how much did they make from that you wonder?
Well, compared to Pfizer, peanuts. Only an increase in profits of $5bn during Covid-19. And their annual report makes it fairly clear who butters their bread.
The report goes on to state an increase in sales of, respectively, $3.9bn, $7.7bn, and $8.4bn in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
They are well represented at the WEF just as well. 2021 and 2023. Melissa Brotz is a member, even. That page is well-hidden, ftr - not referenced by Google, or Yandex, even. I’ve noticed that of late. You have to actively search for it by other means.
But there’s a problem. See, slipping covid-19 demand has led to a fall in sales and profits, causing layoffs. Clearly, unacceptable. We need more people with a cough, testing for an illness which isn’t dangerous, and which they might not even have as the tests are pretty unreliable.
So how does one fix that? Well, that’s easy, provided the Georgetown proposed system is in place. You monitor the disease surveillance system, perform analysis, and make some spurious claim which doesn’t have to be backed by science, it just has to be repeated often by the MSM. And then you create equipment to allegedly test for said illness. And et voila. Profit.
But they could have at least spent more than £3.75 on their website. ‘Eu- rope’. Really?

So, the example set above can be summarised fairly easily - fabricate spurious claim, claim surveillance is the only option, adopt the use of the global survellance system facilitated via Georgetown etc, and profit. But these templates don’t just come about. If there’s one thing you should be aware of by now, everything is a slippery slope. As soon as you concede on point a, they will immediately move to point b, and work their magic. Which in short means do not ever give an inch. Never, ever give an inch when dealing with these psychopaths.
The template used in the example of Climade was previously used by the 3-D Commission, and that is the better documented example in this regard.
And once again, it’s to protect us.

So, why the 3-D Commission indeed? What are they about, and - more importantly - who funds them you ask?
Yeah, it’s the Rockefeller Foundation once again. What an extraordinary coincidence. They appear to even mopololise their respective areas of fraud, as well. Compound monopolism.
Anyway, the 3-D Commission has a few interesting names, in fact, we have one of the very top, top altruists, who has repeatedly tried to protect us during these difficult times.
None other than Heidi Larson.
The site was registered on the 20th of January, 2020. Naturally, that coincides with the CEO, Sandro Galea kicking off a substack, which I don’t advice reason. It’s the usual baffle-them-with-bullshit before cramming the objective in at the very end - becase they know you probaby won’t be around, listening, at the very end. What he does say at the very end is about introducing limits on choice. Yours, of course. You will need to make some sacrifices, or he won’t be able to protect you.
Trawling through the seniors of the company, you see a range of graduates from the finest schools in the nation, assuming you’re Oliver Twist and lives in a community of thieves. And then, others are just outright scammers or garden variety communists.
But they all have one thing in common. Let’s leave that for the time being. See if you can spot it.
During the early days of the company, all sorts of wonderful working groups were created. Their first meeting took place on April 27th, 2020. Just as the first round of fearmongering came to an end. The official launch took place on May the 20th, 2020.
‘Launching the future of population health’. Lofty ambitions, to say the least. The objective was to release a report, and oh boy, did they. Did they ever. If there is one thing they delivered on, this is it.
The report fabricates a new concept - the ‘Social Determinants of Health’. This is even pushed all the way to ‘the emotional determinants of health’ - and to quantify said, they source a paper written by… none other than Heidi Larson herself. She basically created the ground work, by writing a paper on this preposterous, easily exploitable concept in advance.
The report also broadcasts exactly what was meant by ‘Social Determinants of Health’. Here it is, below. It broadly translates into ‘not health is also health’. And to solve this problem of not health determing health, we need realtime surveillance of everyone including those factors which are explicitly not health.
In short, realtime surveillance because. To protect you.
However, in some ways, the report is actually a breath of fresh air. Simply because it’s just so unbelievably shameless. Not only is not health suddenly health (so we need to monitor your not health to protect you), but climate change is also health, and as is intersectionality (aka communism), and we need to do this so that we can track the SDG progress. Very important, that one. Yes, your health is directly dependent upon this SDG tracking.
To round up the absurdities presented by this report, if we can call it that, they at least have to courtesy to tell us what this totalitarian nightmare will bring about.
They plan to monitor quite literally everything. Satellites, mobile phones, social media, remote sensing, search engines… you name it. They need to track it all, to protect you. See for yourself if you don’t believe me.
So, to put aside the facetiousness, if what they propose come to pass - ever - you will live in a dysterian hellhole, and that is no joke. Everything you do, say, think - eventually - will be real-time monitored. The only thing missing here is a ‘kill switch’ and they wouldn’t even have to send around a SWAT team. To protect you.
Here’s a video clip. As is so common with these organisations, stick around to the end. That’s where the true motives come out. And this is straight up authoritarianism. Call it communism, call it fascism - does not matter in the slightest. Because once you’ve handed over control, you will never get it back, and they’re free to implement whatever system they like. You will be permanently related to the prole class, along with your kids, assuming they’ll let you have any.
The 3-D Commission story is interesting for a number of reasons. The first is that this was launched, right as the Covid-19 scam was underway. Piot only recommended locking down on the 30th of January. The site was created on the 20th. In other words, this was planned ahead of time. And they clearly knew about the surveillance capacities, the conclusions are a thinly disguises legitimisation of said.
Their Twitter profile was, at a time, fairly busy. Regular updates, right up until the end of 2021. Then it suddenly went quiet. Very quiet.
A number of years back, a restaurant close to where I live closed. The interesting thing about it was that it was setup for customers on the following day. Ie, when the staff left in the evening, they were not aware that they would be looking for a job in the morning.
And I say that because in cases like the 3-D Commission, I always like to study the final bits of evidence to see if those who tweeted had any idea that the game was about to come to a rapid end. But there’s no particular hint here. Tweets were a bit further apart in terms of time, but they were still coming. No immediate suggestion that the organisation had already been relegated to history.

Instagram - same story. Mask lying there, abandoned, which is somewhat prophetic. Facebook - same deal. Group is now entirely gone, though it did once exist per archive.
As for Sandro Galea - the now former CEO - he’s now back with Boston University. He’s the Dean. And in charge of Public Health. There to protect us.
Strangely, the 3-D Commission role is missing.
In fact, none of the senior officers promote the 3-D Commission in their bios.
Why the 3-D Commission came to a prompt close, who knows. What we do know is that Omicron arrived at this time, and turned out a complete and utter dud. Consequently, it’s possible they took that opportunity to move from plan A to plan B - from ‘health’ to ‘climate change’. Either way, it was certainly to protect you.

So back to the former, Climade. And back to the template.
Fabricate issue (Climate Change)
Make spurious claim (health hazard)
Suggest preposterous solution (global surveillance)
And if private company;
Provide ‘solution’ (equipment, tests, …)
Profit.
Expect to see that pattern, the template, repeated as the scam carries on. The show must go on.
