The United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals-AGENDA 21/2030 are already among our towns, cities and local governments. In fact, through the American Planning Association in the early 2000's the SMART programs began to be intintroduced into all the colleges curriculums. That NGO has had an enormous effect on our towns. I.C.L.E.I.'s have been coming on strong and have been for the last decade. I am sure everyone has noticed the Cities hiring CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. This is relating to the CODES & STATUTES that have been issued through these recommendations from the American Planning Association. A United Nations NGO.
