Very enlightening. My grandmother somehow understood most of this in the 1970s when I was a teenager. She got mostly blank stares when she tried to explain what was going on. Today in the US we are being told by the Illuminati on the right that we are facing a new(21st century) Red-Green axis and that this is our greatest threat, the alignment of convenience between Commmunism and Islamism to overthrow the West. But there is scant evidence presented that this is a true alliance or that there is any organization whatsoever behind it. Some illumination here would be helpful, whether affirming or debunking. If it seems right your acute powers of analysis and ‘uncovering’ would be welcome.
I’ve seen both Northern Nigeria and the Southern Philippines as trial places for our own CIA to employ the scary ‘enemy nearby’. Funny how the script flipped from communist guerrillas, to Islamic terrorists, like in short order.
Boko Haram (kidnappers of Christian girls) was outed as having links to our CIA.
If there is human sentiment or school of thought getting traction for any kind of political/social "movement", it needs to have any risks of upsetting the existing "masters of the universe" controlled & neutered.
Such campaigns as the Crusade against the Cathars (the Albigensian heretics) or killing a million educated but overly nationalistic/socialistic Indonesians in the 1960s to maintain world order are example of the old, brute force school.
More subtle methods included the CIA itself forming their own controlled opposition groups, out competing the organic resistance and seizing that intellectual territory to control any developing dangerous ideas or behaviors. Like the National Student Association being funded by CIA in the 1960s or al Queda in Iraq/ISIS, also funded by the US intelligence in the 2000s.
If any inconvenient trend has traction, it will be suborned, displaced or out competed & diminished by an intelligence fomented and controlled variant (or outright destroyed).
Among the later techniques are predicting disruptive trends/group formations and FRONT RUNNING those trends so the "controlled opposition" gets there first... Some even suggest that MAGA might have been this species of AstroTurf.

Most people are still waiting for a climax, a signal event, some sort of trigger. This is why "covid" was done the way it was. To prime the public. Now they will wait for another "once in a life" event to occur before they do anything to avoid their own imprisonment. An event that will never eventuate the way they are primed for. There wont be a "big thing". Just a series of exhausting.but not very interesting, culminatifing stress fields 😐 So at this rate, it will be a slow, degrade, with the generic populace waiting for a hero, an event, something. I'm just starting to get some clarity on the mechanism, so glad I found your research.
The "clearing-house" concept makes me think of an op-amp in electronic circuits.
It's a two-input device where one input normally has the "reference or standard" that the other input is compared against. The output swings high or low as a result of this comparison.
This resultant output could then feed the input of the "settlement" circuit that follows as a 1-(approved) or a 0-(denied).
Imagine a string of these "comparators" connected in parallel, each with a discrete "standard" that must be met before your transaction clears.
Operational amplifiers are widely used in audio equipment, particularly in complex circuits and/or cost-effective products. A notable exception is the 47 Labs 4706 Gaincard amplifier by Junji Kimura: an extremely simple, op-amp based circuit, sold at a premium price.
