Let’s have a look at Biden’s first day in office. Because on day one, he issued a very high quantity of Executive Orders, and they appear to tell a story.

The first executive order (13985) relates to ‘advancing equity for all’ in the face of ‘systemic racism’.

Executive order 13986 relates to including illegal aliens into the census counts, to distort the congressional representation in line with quantity of illegal immigrants.

Executive order 13987 is straight up the Global Health Security Agenda, which is achieved through a ‘One Health Approach’.

Executive order 13988 is about alleged gender and sexual discrimination. This, in short, allows men to compete in women’s sports. It follows on from prior actions taken by Obama and Bill Clinton.

Executive order 13989 is the outrageous one of the lot, given Biden’s systemic corruption. It’s a do-no-wrong ethics pledge, which will obviously be used to target political adversaries.

Executive order 13990 is about tackling the ‘climate crisis’, by restoring nature - but also calls for ‘environmental justice’, for us to ‘listen to the science’, cut emissions, and so forth.

Furthermore, with this EO the United States rejoins the ‘Paris Agreement on climate change’, revokes the permit for ‘Keystone XL’, allows the administration to revise or suspend policies which hinder environmental protection or public health - and finally inserts even more judgment calls via alleged systemic disadvantages.

Executive order 13991 orders workers to wear masks, and other ‘science-based public health measures’. Never mind masks, not public distancing not working, because it’s not truly about either of those.

Executive order 13992 in short grants the government more power, again, to pursue ‘racial justice and climate change’. This order was employed to revoke a number of Trump EOs.

Executive order 13993 stops the border force from doing their plights, causing porous borders and a surge in immigration.

This, in turn, via 13986, distorts congressional seats, prevertedly handing the advantage to the Democrats.

Executive order 13994 is yet again ultimately about ‘trusting science’, but also about gathering of data related to covid (surveillance), and about alleged ‘misinformation’.

Amusingly, it suggests this should foster a stronger feeling of trust between the people and the government.

Executive order 13995 is more ‘health equity’, and data gathering (surveillance) on minorities.

It also establishes a ‘Health Equity Task Force’.

Executive order 13996 relates to permanent testing capability, surveillance, and increase the size of the related workforce.

This will be applied uniformly, government-wide.

Executive order 13997 is the present big pharma wanted. Accelerated trials. CEPI’s 100 day mission institutionalised by the UK government springs to mind.

Executive order 13998 leads to masks and other ‘science-based’ approaches during international travel, plus physical distancing and timely testing.

Executive order 13999 will ultimately lead to vaccine mandates for public health sector workers. Again, under the false banner of ‘the best available science’.

Executive order 14000 ensure the schools stay shut until the Biden admin states it’s safe to open.

Again, this is an interpretative measure, and entirely depends on some opaque process guided by ‘the best available science’.

Executive order 14001 is about stockpiles and no doubt ultimately, supply chains themselves as we saw in the EU.

Let’s first address the ‘best available science’, which is stipulated by executive orders 13991, 13994, 13998, 13999, and 14000. Because, naturally, it’s a fraudulent claim, but it also presents a great opportunity to reveal exactly how this fraud works, so commonly regurgitated in the media during the scamdemic.

Meet ‘The Global Health Network’. Without going into too much detail, they have helpfully outlined exactly how decisions are arrived at, and it works as such -

For every decision reached, they have the operative - those set to execute the orders given - and governance (the executive). The former carry no power, no, governance is entirely responsible in that regard.

Governance consists of two groups - the scientific advisory board (‘the science’), and the strategic partners forum (‘the stakeholders’).

If we take a look at the invited members of the Strategic Partners Forum, it looks as such -

I know, I know - immediate reply is to roll your eyes. But there’s more to the scam than meets the eye - and besides, invited members include more partners. In fact, who knows how many, or which ones. The scam works in a different way, I fear.

Let’s take a look at the Scientific Advisory Board instead.

Here are David, Francine, and Hector. Oh look, they’re all connected to Gates. Shocking, I know!

Next up - Jackeline, John, and Thomas. Golly! All connected to the WHO!

Dorcas is Wellcome, Pontiano is LSHTM, and Arthus is from Oxford.

What this boils down to is this -

Gates and WHO (heavily sponsored by Gates, but also by GAVI, who in turn count Gates as a primary donor) sit on six of nine of the scientist positions, and adding the obviously also paid for LSHTM and Wellcome candidates, we have - at best - no more than a single independent voice.

Realistically, we don’t have a single one, as these people do not leave anything to chance. I outlined exactly this in my prior substack article on ‘Mission Zero’ -

What they do is stuff the ‘science’ board chock full of compromised ‘scientists’, and the ‘stakeholders’ - at best - are ignorant on the topic and agree with the ‘science’ or are actively colluding with the ‘best science’.

It’s fraud.

To complete the five EOs, 13994 also throws in ‘misinformation’, 13998 relates to travelling, 13999 loops in spurious claims of ‘protecting the workforce’, and 14000 is about ensuring schools stay shut.

In regards to the ‘misinformation’ - well, they tried. And they will try again.

The next topic is ‘health equity’ or some alleged ‘justice’, including that of climate. This covers EOs 13985, 13988, 13990, 13992 and 13995.

Say hello to the Helsinki Declaration… on Planetary Health.

I won’t go into detail on Planetary Health, as it’s a large topic in itself - it will have to wait. But ensure you understand that Planetary Health covers climate change, social/environmental justice, and the Social Determinants of Health which include, well, anything that can be used to systemically surveil and discriminate against… you. I covered SDoH over here, but I contemplate splitting it out into its own separate article, as it’s somewhat important when it comes to the topic of surveillance.

And when I say Planetary Health is quack science, it’s because it is. I will get back to that later, but for now, what’s important is that it’s a ‘holistic approach’ which basically is code for ‘merge all information, and make a judgment call’ - except the judge in this regard is some comrade with a party member card. It can be used to drag in any determinant, any coefficient, any measure, and applying any reasoning to discrminate against you — especially you.

All in the name of Planetary Health. Yes, everything you do is bad, and will destroy Earth. Consequently, we must save you by hurting you. Also, do no harm, except when you must do harm to do less harm.

Establishing the link between Planetary Health, One Health and the Pandemic Treaty is trivial. There are so many papers on this. A quick one follows, but I really do want to reserve this topic for another time -

The next item boils down to wanting to game the political landscape for expedience — regardless of cost.

EO 13993 issues a stand down order to border patrol, and EO 13986 demands that illegals should be counted, and congressional seats allocated to states with more illegals. It’s pants-on-head-retarded, but if there’s one thing Biden does well, it’s that. And for the record, that’s not stating I’m a Trump fan, but the foul stench of corruption emanating from the White House at present just beggars belief. Consequently, it’s with much amazement that EO 13989 on alleged ethics saw the light of day, but given the track record of the Biden administration this will obviously only be applied to political adversaries.

The next items is EO 13997 - accelerated trials. Gates-connected CEPI rears its ugly head here, but this is also connected to the Pandemic Treaty, specifically, Article 8 -

And finally, we have the G7 statement, essentially mirroring the CEPI initiative.

EO 14001 likewise can be located in the Pandemic Treaty (and many, many other related documents) - it’s Article 6, specifically, and also about the supply chain which similarly is touched upon by the same EO.

EO 13996 is about preparedness, and workforce (Articles 11, and 12 of the Pandemic Treaty).

And that leaves just one.

Executive Order 13987.

Which is expressly about the Global Health Security Agenda, for which generally (always) a ‘One Health Approach’ is applied.

And ‘One Health’? You bet. Article 18.

Woah, woah, woah - wait. Am I stating that all of this - all of this - is about the global security apparatus being pushed by an insanely corrupt elite, who thought Biden was the best pick?

Well, let’s just rewind a few years.

In 2018, Trump cut the surveillance state budget by $60m. It wasn’t anywhere near enough, but it was enough for the Democrats and all their MSM partners to go ballistic. First, here’s the budget located on Wayback - because the original White House article can no longer be found on the WH website (I tried many others, many older documents too - I’ve never seen this before).

And here’s a muted praise - ‘please don’t cut the budget’. That was prior to cuts being announced.

Of course, what they fail to state is that they are ALL cronies in this regard. Worst of the lot is Beth Cameron, who worked at CORDS-connected NTI.

Here’s a link to a USAID document stating unequivocally that their IDDS project - surveillance - has partnered up with a range of companies.

One of which is… Metabiota.

And here’s a second one, also from USAID.

‘IDDS is led by ICF and a consortium of organizations with extensive expertise in infectious diseases, disease detection and surveillance, and health information systems: FHI 360, PATH, Abt Associates, the African Society for Laboratory Medicine, the Association of Public Health Laboratories, Gryphon Scientific, the Mérieux Foundation, and Metabiota.‘

Given Metabiota and Hunter Biden’s history, what exactly does this mean? Does Metabiota have full access to global health data? I think this questions warrants an answer. And why did Hunter take an active interest in the company - is there a vested interest?

And does this information find it’s way across the Pacific, perchance?

Finally, last bit of information. A while back, I desperately tried - and failed - to locate Wikileaks’ spyfiles archives - torrents, or not. Why?

Because all data involving ‘One Health’ - though clearly present in the dictionary - has been systematically pruned.

It’s all gone.
