Presenting a Final, Nature-Based Solution.
Carbon Footprint Tracking via Bank Accounts
Behavioural conditioning through data.Banks begin attaching carbon scores to everyday purchases—flights, meat, fuel, shipping—under the banner of ‘climate awareness’. At first, it’s purely informational. No restrictions, just insight. But it quietly introduces a new premise: spending is no longer neutral—it is a measurable act of ecological morality. The groundwork is laid—a psychological primer.
Introduce Digital ID
The identity anchor for the system.Every person is issued a permanent digital ID—framed as a tool for ‘inclusion’ and access to public services. It begins with welfare, health (NHS), and education (integrated through SmartApps), then expands to travel, finance, and eventually citizenship itself. What starts as convenience becomes compulsion. This is the fixed point around which all future transactions, permissions, and behaviours revolve.
Introduce Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)
The transaction rail.A state-issued, non-programmable currency replaces cash—sold as ‘secure’, ‘convenient’, and modern. But its real function is traceability and control. It removes all friction between governance and the economy, making money a direct policy instrument. Government portals and public services quietly begin prioritising CBDC transactions, introducing inconvenience by design to the legacy system.
Programmable CBDC with Expiration Date
Begin shaping behaviour.Money now comes with a timer. It must be spent before a set date or it disappears. At first, the expiration applies only to ‘excess savings’—a threshold that initially appears reasonable, but as the financial environment deteriorates, the threshold is tightened further. Savings become functionally impossible. Velocity is enforced. The welfare-dependent lower class is locked into perpetual economic motion—earning, spending, repeating.
Carbon Emission–Backed CBDC with Expiration
Introduce moral decay. As climate change allegedly intensifies and previous measures ‘fall short’, politicians declare the need for urgent, decisive action. The informational carbon emission measure is integrated with the CBDC, and each transaction now carries a direct carbon cost. It is framed as necessary, responsible, and fair. But the shift is fundamental—you are no longer simply a consumer. You are an emitter.
Drum Up ‘Grassroots’ Demand for ‘Positive Money’
Let the public beg for your planned ‘solution’.A coordinated campaign emerges: media outlets, NGOs, and academics unite to condemn ‘Wall Street bankers’ and their role in recurring financial crises. Civil society demands reform—split the currency, they insist, between spending and investing. Influencers rally under banners of ‘positive money’ and ‘economic justice for the people’. Yet curiously, central banks are never named among the culprits. The narrative is tightly managed. Politicians and monetary authorities appear to ‘listen’. Then comes the solution: one currency for transactions, and one for investments and savings—to protect the public from speculators and instability. The civil society organisations celebrate a rare ‘victory’.
Introduce Carbon Sequestration–Backed CBDC
Deliver the solution they were guided to demand.Riding the wave of the ‘positive money’ campaign, policymakers announce the long-awaited dual currency reform. A new savings currency is introduced—backed not by labour or production, but by carbon sequestration. It is framed as a responsible, yield-bearing store of value, insulated from the risks of inflation and speculation. But access is gradually curtailed. Over time, it becomes gated behind land ownership, ESG compliance, and certified ‘stewardship’ credentials. Aided by a complicit media, the civil society organisations runs a victory lap, but it by design led to a permanent rentier class.
Social Credit System
Gamify virtue, then weaponise it.Initially framed as a voluntary rewards scheme—discounts for ‘good behaviour’, incentives for ‘sustainable choices’. Civil society groups applaud it as empowering, inclusive, and just. Over time, the system expands. Penalties are introduced, but only for ‘extreme cases’—hate, misinformation, environmental harm. Then the definitions begin to shift. As the ecological crisis narrative deepens, the system evolves into a full-spectrum behavioural enforcement regime.
15-Minute Cities
Geo-fence movement with behavioural incentives.Marketed as green, equitable, and convenient—walkable neighbourhoods, cleaner air, and stronger communities. Early adopters are rewarded: those who leave their designated zone fewer than a set number of times per month receive carbon credits, service perks, or social score boosts. But then, a wave of coordinated civil unrest erupts—violent protests, sabotage, even deaths. The narrative shifts: ‘For your safety’. Digital ID becomes mandatory for inter-zone movement, initially framed as a temporary measure. The unrest subsides. When the restriction is tentatively lifted, violence returns. The temporary becomes permanent.
Expand CBDC Backing Beyond Carbon
Declare victory—then shift the battlefield. As the carbon emission–to–sequestration gap allegedly narrows—saving us from certain climate armageddon—authorities proclaim the system a success. Civil society and media celebrate, invoking the ozone layer as proof that global governance works. But new planetary threats now take centre stage: water scarcity, biodiversity collapse, soil degradation. The emission-backed CBDC is quietly expanded to include water and other ecosystem variables. The sequestration-backed CBDC is reframed as a natural asset–backed currency, reflecting a broader, politically adjustable measure of ecological value. The climate war subsides, gradually to be replaced by a total environment war.
CBDCs Backed by Planetary Boundaries
Monetary policy becomes planetary law.As new environmental tipping points are forecast with increasing urgency, more ecosystem services are layered into the CBDC basket—water, soil, biodiversity, and beyond. Eventually, the system comes to align fully with the planetary boundaries framework. Economic activity is now governed by alleged biospheric thresholds. Those who own natural capital accumulate yield. Everyone else transacts with expiring, compliance-bound credits.
Manipulate the Basket to Maintain Total Control
Even rentiers must rent. The ecosystem service basket—now the basis of monetary value—is now politically defined and infinitely adjustable. Carbon can be down-weighted, water prioritised, nitrogen penalised. Former elites can be purged at will, as full-spectrum data grants authorities granular insight into every asset, every actor, every yield. Only adaptive, fully compliant portfolios survive the algorithmic rebalancing. The safest asset class? Agroforestry—multivariate, regenerative, SDG-aligned, and resilient to fluctuation. It becomes the gold standard of the eco-feudal economy—the currency of the permanently legitimate
nope. Natural humans are a gloriously unruly bunch. The native americans for example, gloriously so. Tribal people can be authority worshipers, but in humans history it is less common, than not. Early people often killed their kings - who were elected-- it there was poor crop turn out.
1, So they must be indoctrinated from birth , traumatized as well (circumcision) , to believe in authority versus their own intellect is to be trusted. scapegoats are useful here, because they also take away power, as in your personal responsibility. Responsibility that rightfully belongs to you, IS where your power lives. Such, less personal agency, weaker people are easier to "lead". Infantilization through "education". Via religion, Schooling and other abuse needs to be generational. Deepening the trauma, so it seems completely normal.
2, Take away the support of clan, or tribe, so community is vastly weaker. No close relations who really know who you are, alienation over generations so it too becomes normal. Many people will try to fill that empty hole with Still More religion of authority, porn or drugs or other addictions.
3, Take away bonds to your land. Your ancestral burial sites. This is how you remember how to be humans. Nature loves variety, and is clearly a free will planet. Therefore what ever created it loves these things too. A master is know by his work, and the land are the divine world of the divine hand. The soil that your ancestors loves and cared for, the waters they drank, the winds of the valleys and mountains, the harvest depends on this love, and the loving care for the land we naturally feel for it, It truly is the great mother of all. Abundant and generous, fell in anger. Observing her ways is how we can best survive, and working with her, not in domination, but joyful co operation.
4, poison and twist all paths back to humanity so no child will ever remember what it is to be of their place, of their family and in the garden of their ancestors. NO music, No art can be allowed to remind this. A stranglehold on all forms of media must be kept. Murder, rape corruption of all kinds shown constantly. Poison them until they hate who they are. This, this shame, weakens them the most. They will kill themselves for a lie. When enough are mindlessly obedient and miserable, then you can start the other things. It might take a few hundred years, but it has worked before.
How did we get here? Why did this take place so long out of the public view? I woke up with all the BS that was taking place during COVID. Is it the easy life of X-gen living in the credit bubble and the incredible speed of tech evolution that got us here?
It seems the amount of time, resources and money that have been pored in to this system, that there is no way to stop if from being implemented. Perhaps with lots of blood it can be undone once implemented but I cannot see it not coming to fruit. Tell me I'm wrong!
